Hällan Restaurant

The world is going through a digitalisation. Now the customer behavior has changed and we instead ordered home delivery. The restaurant should breathe the same atmosphere of the identity as when I am physically visit the restaurant. Recognition must be evident by the environment as when I am in the restaurant.

Hällan is a restaurant on the mountain edge facing the sea with diversity, collaboration and cultural exchange. It is a constantly evolving physical place, driven by synergies from the dissimilar. Mountain slope in a meeting of the solid and liquid.

The concept is synergy of the non-like. The identity is based on modular pieces and the forms that are created when combined. There is a duality between the material and the immaterial, the physical and the virtual, the spatial and the abstract – solid and fluid.
